Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

This grant supports arts organizations that introduce the arts to the larger community and work to develop broad-based audiences. Funding focuses on arts education, outreach, and audience development projects in Montgomery County, with a maximum grant request of $6,500.

Applications eligible June 29 — August 7, 2026. Awarded in November.

The Community Trust Grants program supports nonprofit organizations improving quality of life through social services, shelter, community building, and the arts in Lowndes, Macon, and Montgomery counties, Alabama. Awards range from $5,000 to $25,000 and are granted in October (social services/shelter) and November (community building/arts).

Point of Pride's Annual Transgender Surgery Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. The program is a scholarship-like grant that covers surgical costs for eligible procedures performed in the United States. Applications open November 1 and close November 30 each year.
