- notes: Existing and emerging cultural arts organizations in Montgomery County. Not awarded to: individuals, annual fundraising drives/events/marketing campaigns, endowments, partisan political advocacy, regular operating support or capital projects, religious purposes (but educational and social service programs by faith-based organizations are supported), research, sponsorship of fundraising events, or start-up costs.
