Subject to the limitations on the powers of the trustees provided by Article VII of the trust, the trustee shall use the income and principal of the trust exclusively for religious,charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literacy or educational purposes under Code Sec. 501(c)(3) in the manner set forth in the trust agreement, as solely determined by the trustees.
