Limits on who can apply

Half of the distributions will be awarded in the city of Manning and its immediate area. The other half will be distributed in Carroll County. The trust was created exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes and is limited to the geographic area of Carroll County, Iowa. Allowable organizations must be exempt under Section 501(c)(3) or Section 170(c)(2)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code.
