Limits on who can apply

Recipient must be a 501(c)(3) organization based in Colorado with a charitable purpose consistent with the LibertyGives' theme. In 2010, the LibertyGives Foundation established a permanent theme for corporate giving. The selected giving theme for the LibertyGives Foundation is to support causes benefiting underprivileged and at-risk youth in Colorado, focused on proactive and preventative services.
