1) Applicant must be presently attending or anticipate attending an accredited school.2) Applicant should have working knowledge of Parsi and demonstrate an active interest in Iranian culture, heritage, and literature.3) Applicant must have superior academic performance or a significant increase of academic performance over the course of his/her academic career.4) Financial need is a factor in determining scholarship recipients.
