1). A completed application form 2). Official high school and/or college transcript (cumulative Q. P. A. and offical seal of the school must be included). 3). ACT or SAT test score results 4). Student essay (as described on page 3 of the application) 5). Completed college financial aid forms (FAFSA)

Limits on who can apply

The applicants must be high school graduates of Karpathian descent who wish to further their education by attending an accredited college or university.

$12,000, to organizations
