Limits on who can apply

The AEO Foundation will allocate a limited amount of funding to nonprofit, public charities in Pittsburgh, New York City, San Francisco, Hazleton, Ottawa, and Mississauga (Ontario) with tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that fall within the scope of its mission.
