Students will present applications to the GCCE. Selected applicants will then audition before the GCCE selection committee

Limits on who can apply

Current and prospective students of Ms Cook or other teacher as the board of GCCE designates. Students applying to the State College campus of the Pennsylvania State University who play the cello will be informed of the existence of the scholarship and will be invited to fill out an application.
