Any graduating senior at Palisades Charter High School who will attend a 2 or 4 years college or universiy 2. The applicant must have attended Palisades High for at least 2 years 3. The applicant is required to submit an essay, and complete an application along with one letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, employer or community leader 4. The applicant has fiancial needs
