Limits on who can apply

When the organization gets a request for a grant, they send an application out, which must be completed and returned to isupportadoptions@gmail.com. The board members meet twice a year to discuss and review all applications. The board then votes anonymously on who should receive the grant. The grant is then paid directly to the adoption agency that the recipient is involved with.
