How to ask

Grant applicants must submit an application via the foundation's online grant application located on its website "gordoncharterfoundation.com". Applicants must also submit a list of their board of directors/trustees, financial statements, a copy of their IRS letter approving IRC Section 501(c)(3) exempt status and a list of the names and amounts of the largest funders of the applicants.

Deadlines

Grant application deadlines occur quarterly and may be found on the Charter Foundation's website.

Limits on who can apply

Grants are awarded to educational, health care, medical research and other charitable organizations that are public charities exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3) and 509 (a)(2) and are located in the greater Philadelphia, PA area or provided significant services to this area.
