Limits on who can apply

The foundation's articles of incorporation require that at least 75% of all amounts distributed in any period be for the improvement of quality of life in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Otherwise, the foundation may make grants for all educational, charitable, and scientific purposes as defined in Code Section 501(c)(3). The foundation does not currently award scholarships or otherwise make grants to individuals.
