Priority is given to organizations that operate within the area served by Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, are judged effectively by the community, increase awareness of important issues, promote volunteerism, cooperate rather than compete with similar organizations and strive to minimize duplication of services and are IRS approved nonprofit charities.
