The foundation may select recipients based on grant requests from public charities and governmental agencies and may also select recipients without a grant request. Grant requests should include the name, address and type organization making the request as well as the nature, timing and purpose the funds are requested for and a description of the public, charitable, religious, scientific, literary or educational purpose the funds to be used for.

Limits on who can apply

Awards will be limited to qualified public charities and governmental agencies. The organization will require the grantee to agree by letter agreement to expend the funds for charitable purposes and to return any funds not expended for such purpose.
