How to ask

The foundation does not require that prospective grant recipients use a particular form, but any grant proposal submitted by a prospective recipient will obligate the recipient to use any grant funds only for the charitable purposes for which the grant was made, require the recipient to describe the purpose for which the grant was used, and obligate the recipient to repay the foundation in the event that the grant is misused.
