How to ask

The foundation requires a written grant request describing the charitable program to be supported by the requested grant. Section 501(c)(3) organizations, other than a recognized church, must provide a copy of their IRS determination letter with the grant request. The grant application form and all requirements of grantees are provided on the foundation's website www.mmht.org.

The "Grant Application Guidelines" of the trust, provided at its website, identify five project types that are provided preferential consideration pursuant to the trust's grantmaking policies. Detailed descriptions of these project types are provided at www.mmht.org.
