Limits on who can apply

High school senior, U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien lawfull residing in the U.S., be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full time student for the following academic year at an accredited 4-year college, meet income guidelines, (150% of the current federal poverty guidelines) maintain a 3.0 G.P.A. or higher in high school, student.
