Information is obtained regarding the applicants career goals, colleges, expenses, income, work experience, clubs/activities involvement and voluteer work. Individuals who are too impoverished, and whose legal guardians are too impoverished, to pay the expenses of the applicant attending an educational institution, trade school or training program to enhance a particular skill, without suffering financial hardship.
