Limits on who can apply

Grants to charitable organizations are restricted to organizations in western new york that offer programs that serve the poor and provide food, clothing, shelter, healthcare and educational services to underserviced populations. Scholarships are restricted to western new york students who are enrolled in 2 or 4 year college programs. Students demonstrate need if they qualify for financial aid from the federal and/or state government for college or university tuition and educational expenses.
