A proposal which, in the opinion of the selection committee, will produce an improvement in the quality of an educational cirriculum or system within the U.S. school system (grades K-12) and which will produce a significant positive change in the quality of education for grades K-12.

Deadlines

Applications must be submitted by July 1st each year.
