Scholarship recipients must: (1) be a graduate of Ohio County High School,(2) be enrolled or accepted by an accredited four year college, university, or technical/vocational school in USA, and (3) maintain academic standing. Benefits cannot exceed in-state charges for tuition, room and meals charged by Western Kentucky University.
