Written requests. The name of the institution of higher learning, verification of the student's full-time enrollment; verification of a 2.5 GPA or higher based upon a 4 point scale.

Limits on who can apply

Scholarships will be granted for a 2 year period, not to exceed the amount of $5,000 per year to any one applicant.
