Limits on who can apply

Grants are rarely approved for : public entities, municipalities, sectarian organizations, capital expenses, or mult-year requests. Requests from individuals or from endowments are also rarely granted. In addition, organizations awarded a 2022 grant are not eligible to apply in 2025.
