Scholarship application may be mailed or submitted online. Information to be provided includes GPA, standardized test scores, high school transcripts, information on extra curricular activities and other awards and recognitions received.

Limits on who can apply

Scholarships are granted to children of employees of Putnam City Schools, Oklahoma City Police Department, Oklahoma City Fire Department and members of Independent Insurance Agents Association of Greater Oklahoma City.
