Limits on who can apply

The recipients of the scholarships must be students who are about to graduate from Millersburg High School in Millersburg PA. Grant funds must be used for projects that will benefit the residents of the greater Millerburg, PA area. The funds must be used solely for the projects identified in the grant submission.
