Grant requests are to be submitted on the form approved by the Permian Basin Area Foundation, Midland, TX and must state the purpose of the request, the 501(c)(3) determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service, information of the organization requesting a grant and the amount requested.

Deadlines

Grants must be submitted by May 15 or November 15.
