The West Endowment was organized for the purpose of making charitable contributions to religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and/or educational organizations within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The West Endowment does not make grants to individuals. In considering requests for grants, the Endowment places priority on organizations and programs serving Harris County and the State of Texas.
