Total award dollars available are determined by the foundation annually. Applications are submitted to the scholarship committee of eligible schools in the Kansas counties of Graham, Rooks, Norton and Ellis. Scholarships are issued to graduating high school students for undergraduate, graduate or technical school attendance.
