How to ask

Request should be in writing and include the history and purpose of the requesting organization including a statement of financial condition. Request should also include evidence that the organization is exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or otherwise exempt under Section 115 of the Internal Revenue Code. Request should also indicate the purpose and amount of the grant requested.
