The grant application is submited online at www.metrosquaredfoundation.org. Some of the information asked on the application is: the need for grant, how long has the need existed, does the applicant receive support from elsewhere, amount of support/grant requested. The applicant also agrees to have a background check done.

Deadlines

There aren't any submission deadlines. Each application is handled as it is received.

Limits on who can apply

The awards are given to medical related issues with children, veterans and the general public.
