Vyuha, Inc. does not currently require an application form from an organization in order for that organization to be considered for a grant or contribution. The foundation will make grants to public charities described in IRC sections 509(a)(1) and 509(a)(2). Grantee foundation expects to develop a grant application template to be utilized by organizations seeking funds.

Limits on who can apply

To be considered for a grant or contribution, an organization must be a public charity as defined under IRC section 509(a)(1) and 509(a)(2).
