Limits on who can apply

No disqualified person (as defined by the Code), including members of the foundation's board of directors, officers or substantial donors, or a family member of any of the foregoing, will be eligible to receive a scholarship. Scholarship recipients must be United States citizens and be in need of financial assistance. Academic performance in secondary school will be considered for entering freshman.
