Limits on who can apply

The Trust considers requests from non-profits who provide, robust, evidence-based, services for academic-learning, career-learning, social-emotional learning, and educational support services to youth in grades K-12. Programs may serve youth in the following areas: the counties of Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, Camden as well as the Aquidneck Island, RI, Palm Beach County, Florida and other priority areas identified by the Trust.
