CAST Water Safety Foundation requires that each applicant or applicant family submit an application that demonstrates his, her, or their financial need, qualifications, and eligibility for a scholarship program. CAST will consider applications submitted by e-mail or physically delivered to CAST Water Safety Foundation's offices.

Limits on who can apply

Eligible applicants for the ISR swim lesson scholarship program must generally satisfy the following requirements: (1) families with children in the age of 6 months to 8 years old; and (2) families that desire to have their children educated and trained in essential water survival and self-rescue skills.
