The intake form asks for the name/email/phone number/company and then asks for any additional questions/comments. Upon further review, an individual from the Elkay Family Foundation may reach out to an applicant to gather further information.

Elkay Family Foundation supports the needs of EIS employees, partners as well as the community at large. Some examples of support/assistance include natural disaster relief, education assistance, vocational training and general community support.
