Limits on who can apply

Subject to the additional restrictions below, the "Lead4Change Challenge" (the "Contest") is open to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are full-time students in grades 6-12 of a public, private or charter school or homeschool and/or students between the ages of 11 18 who are members of a local club or service organization (e.g. Boys & Girls Club, Boy Girl Scouts, Key Club).
