Limits on who can apply

Grantees shall be selected on the basis of criteria reasonably related to the purposes of the grant request, including the merits of the request, the stability and integrity of the applicant, the need of the applicant, the relationship of the request to the corporation's charitable purpose, areas of concern to the corporation and its priority in relation to other demands on the corporation's monies.
