All grant requests must be made through our website at https://pocfoundation.com/how-we-work/grant- seekers/grant-application/ Information we require include: mission, budget, overview of communities served annually, percentage of BIPOC being served, diversity of staff and leadership.If you are making a request for an existing program, we want to know how you have done so far and whether the program has worked and consistent with our mission.

Deadlines

Submission for grants are made during one of two yearly application periods: June 1-15 & Dec. 1-15.

Limits on who can apply

There are several categories of activites that we do not fund: buliding construction,capital campaigns, lobbying and political events.
