Applicants shall be required to submit such application forms and supporting materials as the Foundation may deem appropriate on a schedule to be determined by the Foundation. A Red Rock staff member must nominate an applicant by endorsing their application.

Limits on who can apply

Scholarship awards must be for study at an educational institution, trade program, or GED program. An educational institution is a school, college or university which maintains a regular faculty and curriculum and has a regularly enrolled body of students in attendance at the place where its educational activities are regularly carried on. Scholarships may be awarded up to an amount of $5,000.
