Application should include (1) a cover letter addressing the need for the grant, (2) a copy of the organization's determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service, (3) financial statements or budget for the prior and current year and (4) any other information which would assist the Foundatation Manager in determining if the grant should be considered and brought before the Board of Directors.
