Grant applications are to be submitted at the foundation's web site address - ruelasfamilyfoundation.org/grants. The foundation's board of directors will consider applications from organizations exempt under IRS code section 501(c)(3) and other qualifying organizations located primarily in San Antonio and El Paso Texas. Requests for educational grants in the form of college scholarships are also considered. The required information is included on the foundation website.
