Per the mission of the charitable corporation, grants will be made to qualifying individuals that demonstrate they are poverty stricken and require funds to live and eat. Grants are also provided to organizations whose mission is to promote Jewish faith and education and for rabbinical support. Grant requests are made directly to or at the discretion of the directors of Jack and Dalia Scaba Foundation and are approved by the directors.
