How to ask

Grant application forms can obtainedfrom the REAF's grant committee by email at REAF@REISER.COM. The REAF's grant committee will require information to substantiate and support your application. Such information may include, without limitation: photographs, financial records, insurance documents, police reports, repair estimates, receipts and statements, medical records, and creditors' Form W-9.

Deadlines

Applications must be submitted within 60 days following an event.

Limits on who can apply

Applicants are a current or former Robert Reiser & Co. Inc. employee or independent contractor who served Reiser for at least three (3) consecutive years in good standing. Immediate family members (usually child or spouse in the same household) of individuals who meet the foregoing may also be eligible, in the discretion of the REAF's grant committee.
