The application is available on our website at lakefamilyfoundation.org/funding-request. Qualified charitable organizations should submit the organization's name, address and mission statement, along with how they intend to use any grant funds awarded. Requests should be submitted using the online form on our website.

Limits on who can apply

Requesters must be qualified charitable organizations with 501(c)(3) public charity status. Applications will be reviewed for community impact, especially in Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas.
