None. Applicants can apply at any time and board members will review on an ongoing basis.

- The applicant needs to be in the age range of 16-29 - The applicant should be a resident of one of the following counties: Dallas, Ellis, Johnson, Rockwall, Kaufman, Tarrant, Denton and Collin
