About this grant
The WindSwell Foundation and Kosciusko County Community Foundation partner to support building inclusive communities for people with disabilities. Grants of up to $5,000 are awarded on an ongoing, competitive basis to charitable organizations serving Kosciusko County residents for projects and programs that meet the fund's Guiding Principles.
Eligibility details
- Notes: Charitable organizations serving Kosciusko County residents are eligible. Applicants must contact Alex Hall (alex@kcfoundation.org) to discuss the proposal before submitting an online application. Organizations that have not applied for other funding from the Community Foundation within the past 12 months must upload additional documentation, including IRS determination letter (for 501c3s), board and staff lists, and financial documents (required for nonprofits with annual operating budgets of $100,000 or more; government agencies and public schools are exempt).
