The David B. Grants to individuals, religious organizations for religious purposes, international organizations without a qualified domestic 501(c)(3) representative, private foundations (other than operating foundations), endowments, ticketed events, political purposes, and lobbying are excluded. Detailed budgets required; multiyear projects need budgets for each year.
