Eligibility details
- Notes: Open to arts organizations and arts affiliates physically located with a legal address in Beltrami, Clearwater, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, or Hubbard counties in Minnesota. Arts affiliates must be hosted within a Minnesota nonprofit 501(c)(3) non-arts institution or public entity, with arts programming representing at least 90% of annual operating expenses. Groups without 501(c)(3) status may apply using a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor. Organizations with average annual expenses of $174,000 or more are not eligible.
