About this grant
The Community Compass Technical Assistance (CCTA) program awards competitive grants to eligible applicants. With these grants, you will provide technical assistance (TA) to the people and organizations HUD serves. Under this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), HUD will award up to $86,000,000 in 2026 funding for TA. We invite applications from organizations with deep experience and a commitment to excellence. If awarded, you will deliver results in communities across the country and support the Administration's priorities.
Eligibility details
- Eligible applicants: Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs); Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs); Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities (TCCUs); and Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian Serving Institutions (ANNH) are eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
